Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and support daily store operations to ensure efficient service delivery and a pristine shopping environment.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, and order fulfillment to maintain merchandising standards and product availability.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setup to accurately reflect brand campaigns and in-store events.
- Deliver and support excellent client service, contributing to team sales objectives and a memorable customer experience.
- Uphold corporate policies and safety standards to create a secure, welcoming store environment.
- Maintain reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts, including peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team collaborator.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform regular stock handling tasks.
- Availability to meet required weekly hours for full-time scheduling (30–40 hrs/week) and to work peak retail hours.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role is preferred; candidates with entry-level retail operations experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail, logistics, or merchandising coursework is a plus.
