Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and seasonal activations
- Support the client experience by assisting sales teams, participating in events, and helping achieve sales targets
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment
- Collaborate across the store team to foster inclusivity, teamwork and consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment, or in a similar operations role
- Strong organizational skills with reliable punctuality and ability to meet scheduled shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required for stock handling and merchandising
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge to colleagues and clients

Experience
1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; prior store operations or merchandising experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or beauty-related training is a plus.
