Sephora Operations Associate - Flex in Northridge, CA. Retail operations role (4–14 hrs/week) managing inventory, visual merchandising, and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution reflecting Sephora's brand
- Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
