Sephora Operations Associate, North Wales PA – Full-time, $19.80–$22.90/hr. Inventory, merchandising & client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand aesthetic and event execution
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and support the team in creating outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered and valued
