Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in creating outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and empowerment within the store environment
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
