Sephora in North Bethesda, MD is hiring an Operations Associate (Full Time) to manage inventory, visual merchandising and client support at Pike & Rose.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event activations.
  • Support the client experience by assisting sales teams, contributing to sales objectives, and delivering attentive customer service.
  • Maintain operational standards, follow company policies and safety procedures, and help create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Provide reliable coverage according to scheduling needs (full time: 30–40 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holidays; lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds when required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment, or in a similar operations role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling and consistent punctual attendance; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience
