Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional displays and event execution aligned with Sephora's brand standards
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving store sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork to promote an empowered, open work environment
