Sephora in Newark, DE is hiring a Part-time Operations Associate at Christiana Mall — $19.80–$26/hr; support inventory, merchandising and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and store standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain branded presentation and execute in-store events.
  • Deliver high-quality client service by supporting the sales team, responding to client needs and contributing to sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational compliance with company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
