Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal in-store availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the salesfloor reflects brand standards and current campaigns.
  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting sales objectives through attentive service and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming store environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and participate in events or store promotions as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment, or in a comparable operations role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable coaching or informing clients about products.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays and consistent punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
