Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, brand-compliant functioning of the boutique.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfilment and cycle counts.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain accurate brand presentation and event displays.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales targets and create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety standards to ensure a secure shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail operations, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with a quick aptitude for product knowledge.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, goal-oriented team player.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and meet required weekly shift minimums for a part-time schedule.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
