Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
- Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfilment, and accurate stock counts.
- Support visual merchandising to ensure promotional displays and events reflect Sephora brand guidelines.
- Deliver and support exceptional client experiences, assisting the sales team to help achieve store objectives.
- Adhere to company policies to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks on the shopfloor.

Education
