Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to maintain a safe, efficient and brand-compliant environment.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, accuracy checks, receiving and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand standards and support events.
  • Support the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and help the team achieve sales goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to ensure loss prevention, safety and quality.
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail operations, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong time-management and attention to detail.

  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
