Sephora is seeking a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours Operations Associate in New York, scheduled for 4–14 hours per week as needed. The role supports store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, client service and sales goals. Hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88, depending on relevant qualifications and experience and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, accurate promotional setups, and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
