Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Manage inventory accuracy and oversee stock replenishment to ensure product availability and proper organization
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain promotional setups aligned with Sephora's brand standards
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting achievement of sales targets
