Sephora Operations Associate, Full-Time, New York – $21.75–$24.88/hr. Join the Times Square team in inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure adherence to Sephora's operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandise organization
- Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups and event displays accurately
- Support the sales team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving performance goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among store associates
- Maintain store safety, security, and compliance with company policies
- Lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts
Qualifications
