Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and maintenance of operational standards.
- Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora brand standards and event requirements.
- Deliver and support exceptional client experiences: assist sales teams to meet service and sales objectives and handle client inquiries when required.
- Adhere to company policies for safety, loss prevention and store presentation while promoting an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
- Maintain punctuality and schedule flexibility to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum shift requirements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and reliable time management.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-service orientation.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing standing/active retail duties for extended periods.
