Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising, promotional setups and event installations to reflect Sephora’s brand presentation.
  • Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving store targets.
  • Maintain operational standards for safety, loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with ad hoc operational tasks during peak periods, including night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy in inventory and visual presentation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to colleagues and clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.

Experience

1–2 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, inventory control or merchandising; prior exposure to store-level order fulfilment and promotional execution preferred.
