Sephora in Natick, MA is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including receiving, stocking, replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the retail environment consistently reflects brand standards and active marketing events.
- Assist the sales team in delivering excellent client experiences and contribute to store sales goals through attentive service and product knowledge support.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Perform general housekeeping and organization tasks on the sales floor and backroom; lift and move product up to 50 pounds as required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience; prior experience in inventory, merchandising or store operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements for part-time roles.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level: 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments, with hands-on exposure to inventory handling, merchandising or store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or certifications in retail/merchandising are a plus.
