The Operations Associate supports daily store operations at Sephora in Nashville, covering inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and event execution while contributing to client service, sales goals, and an inclusive store culture. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 30–40 hours per week; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
