Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining established operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora's brand identity
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered
