Sephora Operations Associate part-time role in Naperville, IL. Support store operations, inventory, and client service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and outstanding customer experiences
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered
