Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store accurately reflects Sephora's brand through promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and outstanding customer experiences
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora policies and standards to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
