Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity.
  • Support order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in managing inventory and visual merchandising. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is required.
