Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
  • Assist the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and in achieving sales goals.
  • Maintain operational standards, safety and loss-prevention measures consistent with company policy.
