Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and planned events.
  • Support the client experience team by delivering attentive service and contributing to sales goals and store performance.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and support peak-period needs (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts and to work peak retail hours, including nights and weekends.
