Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Manage visual merchandising execution, ensuring promotional setups and event displays align with Sephora brand guidelines
- Deliver exceptional client service and support team efforts to achieve sales objectives
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment among store staff
