Sephora in Milford, CT is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate. $21.75–$28.00/hr; support inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and presentation.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event activations.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the retail team to achieve sales goals and create outstanding in‑store experiences.
  • Maintain operational standards, follow company policies and contribute to a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively across the team to foster inclusivity, punctuality and consistent attendance; cover shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and merchandising tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented with a goal‑driven mindset.
  • Availability to meet the role’s minimum weekly hours and work peak retail shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
