Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign activations.
  • Assist with event execution and in-store displays to drive client engagement and sales objectives.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service; collaborate with the sales team to contribute to sales goals and elevated customer experiences.
  • Uphold company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; meet the required weekly scheduling expectations and be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time-management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and communicate product knowledge to clients.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive merchandising tasks.

Experience
