Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards throughout the facility
- Manage inventory, execute stock replenishment, process order fulfillment, and track merchandise movement
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora's brand aesthetic and campaign requirements
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contribute to achievement of store sales goals
