Sephora Miami (Dolphin Mall) hiring Operations Associate (Flex) — part-time role, $18.00–$20.50/hr, supporting inventory and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards
- Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store sales goals
- Maintain accurate operational standards and ensure a safe, secure shopping environment
- Work flexible shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly availability
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment; experience supporting inventory, merchandising and day-to-day store operations preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or beauty-related training is a plus.
