Sephora Miami (Miami Worldcenter) is hiring an Operations Associate — hourly $18–$23/hr to support inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and an elevated client experience.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects brand standards and event activations.
  • Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and help achieve store sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies and contributing to a safe, secure shopping environment.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture and demonstrate reliability around scheduling and attendance.

Qualifications
