Sephora Miami — Operations Associate (Flex). Hourly role supporting store operations, inventory and merchandising. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the sales floor accurately reflects brand standards and campaign execution.
  • Support event execution and in-store activations alongside the store team to maximise client engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support sales goals through proactive assistance and product knowledge sharing.
  • Uphold company policies and operational standards to create a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and schedule reliability; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required by the flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy store environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to convey product knowledge succinctly.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared sales and service objectives.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained standing and light physical tasks.
  • Reliable availability for the required minimum weekly shifts within a flexible scheduling framework.

Experience
