Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain operational standards
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure accurate brand presentation and event execution
- Assist the sales team to drive client engagement and support achievement of sales goals
- Maintain store safety, loss-prevention and company policy compliance
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service standards

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or a client-facing environment
- Proven organisational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to support a high standard of client service
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to colleagues and clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented retail setting
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work during peak retail hours
