Sephora in Metairie, LA is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations ($18.00–$20.50/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience and adherence to Sephora operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, and order fulfilment.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to accurately reflect brand campaigns and in-store events.
  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
  • Maintain store organisation, cleanliness, and safety; follow company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peers to promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment.
