Sephora Operations Associate position in McAllen, TX—part-time retail operations role supporting inventory, merchandising, and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment across all product categories
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales objectives
- Foster inclusivity and promote a culture of openness and teamwork
