Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event activations.
  • Support the client experience on the sales floor by assisting the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and orderly shopping environment.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, performing inventory counts and resolving discrepancies in partnership with store management.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture that fosters collaboration, open communication and empowerment among colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and strong time-management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused orientation.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it effectively to clients and teammates.
  • Reliable availability for required shifts (part-time range 15–29 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom tasks.

Experience
