Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, compliant and customer-focused service.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain optimal on-floor and back-of-house levels.
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups and event execution to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service that contributes to sales goals and a memorable in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Availability for scheduled retail hours including nights, weekends and holiday periods; able to meet full-time shift requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities; quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
