Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory handling, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects Sephora’s brand and event executions.
- Contribute to exemplary client experiences through attentive service and support of the sales team to achieve store targets.
- Maintain store safety and compliance by following company policies and operational procedures.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and demonstrate punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled shift minimums.
- Be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays and adapt to flexible scheduling requirements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operations role; entry-level candidates with relevant retail exposure will be considered.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey product knowledge to clients.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude and comfort in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules.

1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused operations environment; demonstrated practical experience with inventory and merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
