Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company operational standards and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event execution standards.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client experiences to help achieve store sales targets and service metrics.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote a culture of openness and respect.
  • Maintain punctuality and schedule availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge and store procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
