Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company operational standards and loss-prevention protocols.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event execution standards.
- Deliver and support exceptional client experiences to help achieve store sales targets and service metrics.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote a culture of openness and respect.
- Maintain punctuality and schedule availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Perform physically demanding tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge and store procedures.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.

1–2 years in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environments.
