Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient service and a polished client experience
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising standards, promotional setups, and in-store event displays to reflect brand guidelines
- Contribute to sales objectives by delivering attentive client service and supporting the sales team during peak periods
- Maintain operational compliance with company policies to promote a safe, secure and welcoming retail environment
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility to cover required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment
- Proven organisational and time-management capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable delivering client-facing service
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and translate it to clients and colleagues
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/stocking duties
