Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate for its River Crossing store in Macon, Georgia. The role supports daily operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and client service; part-time schedules are 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.

- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
