Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate to support store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and exceptional client experiences at The Grove. The role is permanent and requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
  • Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Promote an inclusive, open culture in which everyone feels empowered, and foster teamwork.
  • Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
