Sephora Long Beach seeks a Part-time Operations Associate to manage inventory, visual merchandising and store operations (15–29 hrs/week).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and merchandising standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign calendar.
  • Support events and in-store activations, ensuring accurate implementation and readiness for client engagement.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales objectives.
