Sephora Littleton (Park Meadows) seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate in Littleton, CO — $19.80–$26.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards
  • Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and basic order fulfillment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand-compliant presentation
  • Prepare and execute event merchandising and in-store promotional activations
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in meeting store targets
  • Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment by following company policies
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and ensure punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds) as required

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-focused experience, or in a similar operations role
  • Proven organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail
  • Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and teammates
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving store objectives
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience
