Sephora is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate in Littleton, CO (Park Meadows) to manage inventory, visual merchandising and daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience, including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory processes: receive, count, organize and maintain stock to meet merchandising standards and sales demand.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand presentation and event execution.
  • Contribute to client-facing activities by supporting the sales team, helping achieve sales goals and delivering high-quality service.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards to create a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Sustain reliable attendance and scheduling flexibility; work nights, weekends and holidays as required by peak retail operations.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment; experience with inventory or merchandising preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey product knowledge and support exceptional client service.
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven attitude with a commitment to inclusivity and collaborative problem solving.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom activities.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
