Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfilment
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event activations
- Maintain operational standards to ensure a safe, efficient and customer-focused shopping environment
- Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and help achieve store sales targets
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures
- Meet required scheduling commitments; remain available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and demonstrate consistent punctuality
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
- Quick learner able to acquire and communicate product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven team-player with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
