Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate for its Fayette Mall store in Lexington. The role supports inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and client service, with required availability of 15–29 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
