Sephora Lexington, KY — Part-Time Operations Associate. Support inventory, visual merchandising and client experience. $16.60–$19.30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain availability and operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand presentation and event requirements.
- Support the sales team by delivering excellent client service and helping achieve store sales objectives.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours and be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving product up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a capacity to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, goal-oriented team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric retail setting.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (lifting up to 50 lb) and flexibility to work peak hours.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional coursework in retail, merchandising or business is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
