Sephora Las Vegas (Miracle Mile) is hiring a Part-time Operations Associate to manage inventory, visual merchandising and daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure a safe, efficient and client-focused shopping environment.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and event activations.
- Assist sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and help achieve store sales objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures while promoting a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; entry-level candidates with relevant skills may be considered.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet required minimum weekly shifts for a part-time schedule.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and a demonstrated ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing and light physical tasks throughout a shift.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment. Entry-level applicants with relevant competencies and a strong client service orientation may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
