Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe and welcoming retail environments.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups to maintain brand presentation standards.
  • Contribute to exceptional client experiences by supporting the sales team and helping achieve store sales goals.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies, loss-prevention and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong time-management and attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom duties.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift patterns including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
