Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe and welcoming retail environments.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Contribute to exceptional client experiences by supporting the sales team and helping achieve store sales goals.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies, loss-prevention and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture and support in-store events and activations.
- Maintain punctuality and flexible availability for nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong time-management and attention to detail.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom duties.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift patterns including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment; experience with inventory, merchandising and frontline client service preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
