Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
  • Deliver high standards of client service and assist the sales team in creating exceptional in-store experiences that drive sales performance.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to maintain a safe, secure and compliant shopping environment.
  • Work flexible shifts and maintain punctuality to meet staffing needs during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, or equivalent experience in store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple operational tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing duties that require standing and movement for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet required weekly shift minimums.

Experience

Beginner-level experience required: typically 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment with exposure to inventory and merchandising tasks.
